E-Gift Cards & Physical Gift Cards

Sugar Swing gift cards are available for purchase. eGift Cards may be purchased through the link below. Physical Gift Cards may be purchased at our office during our regular reception hours.
Our gift cards act as credit against all purchases at Sugar Swing. This includes the bar, dance socials, classes, and events. You can load up a card and redeem the amount for all the dances you attend, or buy one for a friend you want to get dancing! The gift cards are especially popular around the holiday season, as birthday gifts, and wedding presents.

Gift Letters

A gift letter is an add-on document to our gift cards, which may be useful for presentation and information purposes. Please contact our office to request a gift letter and allow for up to three (3) days for processing, though typically we aim for a 24hr turn-around. We can typically draft one up and send you a PDF that you can print off at home to present to your recipient.

We often get requests for buying a class for someone else. In this case, we could personalize the gift letter somewhat with the title of the item in the letter, such a Swing 1, Partners for Two People, Membership to Sugar Swing, Any class at Sugar Swing, New Years Eve Tickets, or two tickets to any swing dance. As it is a card loaded with credit, if the card cannot be redeemed for this specific item, the amount may be used for anything else at Sugar Swing.

Also be aware that product and service pricing may differ between items and over time. Only the dollar amount loaded on the card may be applied against an item, even the particular item noted in the Gift Letter. If more, the difference will be charged to the person redeeming. If less, the difference will remain on the gift card.

Redemption

The eGift card (screen shot off your mobile phone; bar code) or Physical card may be redeemed in-person with our Merchant Terminal. There would be a bar code or card # associated with the card for manual entry.

At this time, we’re unable to process the Gift Card upon checkout when enrolling for a class online. Please enroll for the class and choose the ‘pay in person’ option. You may use the Gift Card when purchasing a dance pass ‘at the door’, but we are again unable to redeem the Gift Card online. This feature is coming but will require a system upgrade, ETA spring 2022!

Notes

• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash
• As private lessons are considered independent, gift cards cannot be used for private lessons with our instructors
• Gift cards never expire
• Gift cards are transferable
