Sprung Hardwood Floors + AC: We have a great facility with unique sprung hardwood floors, and AC! It is subtle, but if you dance on these floors for more than an hour versus most other dance floors, your joins and muscles will definitely appreciate it! The air conditioning certainly helps, especially when it gets warm outside.
Rotating Class: This is a partnered dance style but you don't need a partner to join this class, just come on your own as we rotate partners.

Prereqs Required: Previous level, all parts completed, required. Contact us for transferring courses/credit from other lindy hop schools and for inquiries regarding your dance background. In many cases, we will simply have you do a level check with one of our instructors

Difficulty Warning: Later parts (Part B, C, or D) are not recommended for complete newcomers to the dance. However, if you cannot wait, you are welcome to pop into these parts. Perhaps take 2-3 private lessons (contact our office). Just know that they move at a faster pace! |

Cancellation Policy: Please review the link above to be properly informed of our cancellation policy regarding our services, including missed classes, injury, etc.
- No refunds beyond 3 days from purchase
- Inform us as soon as possible if unable to attend future lessons and needing to cancel. Credit may be provided; we base our calculations on the # of lessons that have already occurred from the date this is communicated to us
- Some exceptions apply, please see the policy!
Account creation: We require contact info, such as your email and phone number, for billing and to handle issues such as cancelled lessons due to weather, etc. You may register a companion under your account during the registration process.
Safety, Code of Conduct: We value safety and inclusiveness at Sugar Swing! We have rules, guidelines, policies and procedures that must be followed to help ensure these values are upheld.
Media Policy: Photography and video recording is common-place in the dance & entertainment sector. Please understand what you are consenting to as you enter our premises,attend a class, or event
Missed Classes: Enrollment reserves your placement in class; consequently, we cannot provide credit or refund for absences.
Notes
Membership: Is not required. If you got your membership in-person and you’re now creating an online account, your membership status SHOULD be recognized. However, if you know your membership is not expired and the system says you’re not a member, please email dance@sugarswing.com so that we can link your membership!
Sales and Discounts: We offer a few standard discounts for students and members.
