Done some Balboa but not much? Or none at all? This is the class for you! We expect participants to have a few months of dancing under their belts, though it is still a Balboa class focussed on fundamentals. Learn this crazy, super-fun dance! Please Note

Now that you can comfortably dance through a whole song, you're probably wondering, isn't there more to Balboa? Why... yes there is! Birk and Julie will be bringing the world of Bal to your doorstep with awesome moves, pretty spins, and fun times.

Many steps you see in jams are Charleston steps! They're exciting, flashy, and relatively easy to do... but it does take some getting the hang of. Lindy is the root of the series though - we want to make your Lindy Hop awesome!

Balboa is a BEAUTIFUL dance - check it out in the videos under "Fun Stuff". It's a super-connected dance that is intended to feel great and be extra smooth. We all want to Lindy better too though! The amazing, exciting Lindy Hop will take centre stage for two classes as we delve deeper into the fundamentals plus more moves!

You're probably a Jiver. You got it down pat! Is there anything more? Heck Yes! Lindy Hop! Not only will you get more 6 count moves under your belt, but you'll also learn how to fuse it with the rest of Lindy Hop for a full experience.

Our Jitterbug Swing 1 program, intended for new dancers to be introduced to Jive/East-Coast and Lindy Hop, starts out with part A. Or as Gary likes to say, "PartAy"! This is a nice 4-week class to get your feet wet with little time commitment - perfect for the summer.

Learn more swing dancing! We continue with Lindy Hop, and mix in a few Charleston steps... it's an exciting dance you're sure to love! Especially for jam circles, Charleston is the way to go.
